About Christian Alfaya.
Retired Village Court Judge. 23 years in practice. Long Island born and raised.

I was born and raised on Long Island. I studied law at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, with additional studies at Penn State Dickinson School of Law, the University of Florence in Italy, LIU Southampton University, and LIU C.W. Post. I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003, in the Second Judicial Department.
I have also served as a Village Court Judge in Manorhaven Village. Sitting on the bench taught me exactly what a defense needs to look like to move a judge, and how easy it is for a defendant to be steamrolled by a lawyer who is not paying attention. That is the lawyer I refuse to be.
I opened this practice because I have always had a passion for defending people who get in trouble. Every client deserves a real answer, in a language they actually speak, from a lawyer who picks up the phone. I do not turn away cases because they look hard.
